All items from The Simplified Playroom are thoroughly inspected before they are sent out for delivery — hence, all sales are final, non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

 

In the unlikely event that you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or if you receive the wrong item, please reach out to thesimplifiedplayroom@gmail.com within 24 hours upon receipt so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. You’ll be automatically refunded via your original payment method. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

 

Returned item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. 

 

All return fees shall be borne by the customer.

 

All exchanges are subject to availability of stock. If an item is unavailable, we will provide you with store credits equivalent to the amount paid for the defective item.


Sale / Discounted Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Items Damaged During Shipping 

Items damaged during buyer-arranged shipping will not be eligible for exchange.

 

The Simplified Playroom reserves the right to reject any item that does not meet the requirements of the terms above.
